The Simplified Manufacturing REX2.1 is a compact HDMI extender kit that operates over a single Cat5e/6 cable. It's designed to extend high-definition audio/video signals and IR up to 230ft/70m for 1080p resolution and up to 164ft/50m for 4K resolution at 24/25/30Hz. This extender supports HDMI and HDCP 1.4, with a 10.2Gbps capability, making it suitable for both 1080p and some 4K signals. It includes two units: a transmitting unit and a receiving unit, and features IR pass-through for source control. The extender is ideal for applications like set-top boxes, live performances, and security cameras. It also allows for cascading through an additional HDMI loop-out port and supports copy EDID from receiver display or loop out display. The product comes with a 3-year warranty.
