Used to add an another circuit in an automobile or piece of equipment that has ATO Blade style fuses. The fuse tap clips over onto one leg of the fuse and then extends over the top, supplying you with a 1/4" (.250") tab to tap the circuit with while the fuse is in the fuse block.
