Shipping
All orders are shipped UPS Ground Residential or Commercial within the domestic United States only (cannot ship to Guam). Any orders shipped within Arizona will have the applicable sales tax added.

Returns
Returns for reasons other than warranty issues will be accepted within 15 days of original purchase or receipt of item, whichever is later. Returns must be requested in advance and assigned a Return Authorization Number. Customer to pay all shipping costs. Once item is received and examined, credit will be issued in the form of company check mailed to the billing address on original order. Items must be completely intact, in original packaging and resalable condition.

Credit Accounts
We at Tri-Tek Electronics have built our business by working in partnership with our customers to become a preferred supplier of quality products that they can come to again and again for the best service in the industry. We are happy to establish a credit account for your company upon request. Our standard terms are Net 30 days. Please complete our online credit application, and we will process it immediately. Generally we will not extend credit until after a new customer has made at least one credit card purchase online to establish history. We reserve the right to deny credit to anyone for any reason.
